Job Summary As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's staffing needs. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality of work. Must have 5 years of experience in recruiting. Must have recruited in high volume, manufacturing environment before. Must have worked with SAP Success Factors Recruiting/Onboarding Program.
