You already run a business. You own the numbers, you lead the people, and you know the crushing and screening market inside out. This seat gives you the top job: President of a Northwest dealership, full P&L, a direct line to the board, and an owner who wants you to build something and has the appetite to back you.

You lead the business across Washington, Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Alaska. Quarries, contractors, recyclers, demolition and waste operators. A big territory, a strong brand,d and plenty of room to grow.

The job

You run the whole business: equipment sales, rentals, parts and service. You set the strategy, build the team, and own the customer relationships at the top end. You decide where to invest, which lines to push, and whom to hire. You spend time in the field with your people and your customers, not behind a desk. You set the plan, you lead the people, you deliver the numbers.

• Full P&L, budget and forecast ownership
• Lead sales, rental, parts and service teams across the territory
• Grow equipment sales and after-sales revenue together
• Build long-term relationships with key accounts across aggregates, construction and recycling
• Work alongside the Presidents of two sister dealerships in the US
• Report to the US COO and the group board

What we need

• You are in a business or people leadership role today: President, General Manager, VP, Division or Branch Leader
• P&L or revenue ownership and a track record of growing sales
• Leadership of multi-function teams across sales and after-sales
• Experience in crushing and screening, aggregates, or closely related heavy equipment, at a dealer or OEM
• Based in the Pacific Northwest, or ready to relocate to the Seattle area
• Comfortable leading from the front across a large territory

We are recruiting for one of three US dealerships owned by an established international equipment distribution group. The group represents one of the best-known names in mobile crushing and screening and supports customers across aggregates, construction, demolition, recycling and waste. Its US businesses are growing, and it is investing to build the Northwest into a leading dealership in the region.

The leadership team is open, honest, and hands-on. They want a President who takes ownership, leads by example, and is not afraid of hard work or a challenge.
