Multiple positions are currently available, offering the opportunity to support a diverse student population in Behavioral Focus (BFLIC) units, as well as roles requiring dual licensure for mild to intensive needs. This full-time contract role runs through the end of the school year, with immediate openings.

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Valid Special Education teaching license (mild to intensive, or BFLIC/behavioral focus preferred)
• Experience working with students with behavioral, mild, or intensive needs
• Flexibility to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learning profiles
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
• Passion for inclusive education and equitable student outcomes

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Delivering effective instruction and behavioral interventions in a supportive classroom environment
• Collaborating with fellow educators, related service providers, and families
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Maintaining compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines
