Responsibilities Field phone calls from potential new clients Run conflict checks on potential new clients Gather information to qualify leads Maintain CRM and lead tracking spreadsheet Communicate with law firm members regarding potential new client matters Identify opportunities for additional services Book strategy sessions for potential clients Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients Work closely with marketing team and advertising vendors Requirements 1 year of sales experience (Preferred) Highly organized and detail oriented Strong communication skills Ability to gain trust and establish rapport with prospective clients Proficient with calendars and email Excel spreadsheets and practice management software #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
