Description - Job Description This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Join HP’s Print Strategy organization and work alongside a team of experienced strategy consultants supporting HP Consumer Print. You will conduct strategic diligence across topics such as market entry, macroeconomic and consumer trends, and future innovation, translating research and analysis into actionable recommendations. Job Description The Strategy Intern will support HP’s Strategy & Planning team on high-priority initiatives involving market, competitive, portfolio, and growth strategy. The intern will structure complex business problems, analyze data, and develop business cases and actionable recommendations. The role will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate strategic insights into clear executive-level actions and presentations. Key Responsibilities

Conduct market, competitive, portfolio, and growth analysis. Structure complex business questions and analytical frameworks. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data. Develop business cases and strategic recommendations. Identify opportunities, risks, and potential growth initiatives. Prepare executive-level presentations and reports. Translate insights into clear actions and implementation considerations. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Support strategic planning and product portfolio decisions. Education

Currently pursuing an MBA Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university. Has no more than

24 months

of prior work experience professionally related to the intern requisition they are applying to (not including internships, teaching assistance, research work, or military experience) Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027, and not require sponsorship in the future. Skills
