Supplier Lead Auditor

Job Summary**Cyient, Inc. is seeking a skilled Supplier Lead Auditor to ensure the quality and compliance of our supplier network. This role involves conducting comprehensive audits to maintain high standards across our supply chain, focusing on AS9100 requirements and robust Quality Management Systems.Job Responsibilities*** Plan, execute, and report on supplier audits in accordance with AS9100 standards and Cyient's internal procedures.* Evaluate the effectiveness of supplier Quality Management Systems (QMS) through detailed readiness assessments and on-site inspections.* Identify non-conformances and collaborate with suppliers to develop and implement effective Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA).* Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.* Provide guidance and support to suppliers on AS9100 requirements and best practices for quality improvement.* Maintain accurate and detailed audit records and documentation.* Contribute to the continuous improvement of Cyient's supplier quality program.* Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.Job Qualifications*** Proven experience as a Lead Auditor with a strong focus on AS9100.* In-depth knowledge and practical application of Quality Management Systems (QMS) principles.* Demonstrated expertise in conducting Readiness Assessments.* Strong analytical skills for effective Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis and implementation.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.* Ability to travel to supplier sites as required.* Certifications in AS9100 auditing are highly desirable.Skills RequiredReadiness Assessments, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Root Cause Corrective Action, AS9100LocationEast Hartford, Connecticut, United States of AmericaDesirable SkillsReadiness Assessments, Quality Management Systems (QMS), Root Cause Corrective Action, AS9100DesignationAssociate
