On-Call Weekend CaregiverRight at Home – Rhome is seeking dependable and flexible caregivers for our On-Call Weekend Caregiver position. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who are comfortable responding to last-minute staffing needs and helping ensure our clients receive uninterrupted quality care.Caregivers selected for the on-call rotation will receive a flat weekend on-call pay rate, plus hourly pay for any shifts worked during the weekend.Responsibilities- Be available during assigned on-call weekends- Answer communication promptly from office staff- Be willing to accept and travel to last-minute/open caregiver shifts- Provide compassionate in-home care to seniors and clients- Assist with personal care, companionship, meal prep, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping- Maintain professionalism and reliability during all assigned shiftsRequirements- Minimum 2 years of caregiving experience preferred- Must be dependable and flexible with scheduling- Must be willing to travel to open shifts in Wise County and Parker County- Must pass a background check- Must pass a drug screening- Reliable transportation requiredCompensation- Flat weekend on-call pay- Additional hourly pay for all hours worked during assigned shiftsWhy Join Our Team?- Flexible opportunities- Supportive office staff- Meaningful work helping seniors remain safely at home- Additional earning opportunities on weekends
