Direct Hire- Customer Service Call Center Needed

Must have Banking Experience

Must be able to work a Shift between 8AM and 8PM

2 Saturdays a Month

Working in the Office- Alpharetta Ga 30005

Join a dedicated banking service team as a Call Center Representative supporting customers across the full retail banking portfolio, including credit cards, lending, deposits, and checking accounts. This direct-hire role provides knowledgeable, compliant, and solutions-focused assistance while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for credit cards, lending, deposits, checking accounts, and other retail banking products.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and requests.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues and handle complaints professionally.
• Document customer interactions and service activities.
• Verify customer identities in accordance with established procedures.
• Follow banking policies and compliance requirements.
• Refer customers to appropriate banking services and resources.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in banking customer service.
