FPD Global Process Lead - Management Reporting and FPA

This position supports accounting and business users of the Management Reporting and FPA systems, partnering with the Finance Transformation EPM technology team. Role & Responsibilities Provide global Oracle EPM business user support for modules used in management reporting and FPA processes. Implement global process improvements for management reporting and FPA. Maintain process maps and approve standard process exceptions. Coordinate with business users to gather and document system requirements for reporting and FPA system implementations and enhancements. Support global training and change management activities. Basic Skills Business Process Design – ability to re-examine key processes and optimize performance. Operational Functions – knowledge of major functional processes and operating requirements. Decision Making & Critical Thinking – analyze situations and reach productive decisions. Flexibility & Adaptability – adapt to a changing environment. Relationship Management – maintain healthy working relationships. Managing Change – develop and implement new ideas to improve performance. Business Intelligence – utilize processes and technologies for data analysis. Software as a Service (SaaS) – apply SaaS concepts to design, develop, implement, and manage computing products. Required Qualifications 4‑year degree, preferably in accounting, finance or a related discipline. Demonstrated ability to think critically, problem‑solve, and connect process design concepts with practical business needs. Effective communication skills. 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, management reporting, and/or FPA methodologies and processes. Preferred Experience Recent experience with reporting and planning tools, especially Oracle EPM Cloud. Experience managing entity hierarchies within a management reporting system. Experience supporting business users of a management reporting and/or FPA system. Experience in transformational initiatives involving people, process and technology changes. Compensation & Benefits Summary Pay Range: $118,860.00 - $190,176.00 Compensation and benefits vary by level, location, and performance. Salary is one component of total compensation.
