Description: The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting. Responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions and determining appropriate treatments. The RN will monitor vital signs and analyze patient responses to medications and interventions. Communication with the healthcare team and patients' families is essential for optimal care. Documentation of patient care and progress is required. This role requires adherence to all safety and health regulations, providing a safe environment for patients. Candidates should possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The position requires the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
