Our client in the Menands, NY area is seeking skilled CNC Operators to join their team. This is a great opportunity for experienced machining professionals looking for a stable schedule, competitive pay, and the potential for long-term employment. The work location is bus line accessible.
Responsibilities of the CNC Operator will include:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
- Program or generate toolpaths as needed for machining operations
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Move materials and workpieces on and off worktables safely and efficiently
- Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain tolerances
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
