Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required (may exceed to meet unit needs)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to neonatal patients in a high-volume Level III NICU environment
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status using Epic electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonatal patients
• Adhere to unit protocols and safety standards in an acute care hospital setting
• Participate in holiday coverage as required by unit scheduling needs

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in NICU specialty
• Current BCLS, NRP, and PALS certifications required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
• All RTO requests must be submitted at time of initial submission; post-offer RTO requests may not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume Level III NICU setting
• Familiarity with neonatal care protocols and interdisciplinary team collaboration
