Position Overview This position is responsible for providing general maintenance and construction as assigned and dispatched by the company to our clients. Upon arrival at the assigned project, the Maintenance Technician must visually assess and troubleshoot the maintenance issue in order to correctly make the necessary repairs. The Maintenance Technician will determine what equipment is needed and the scope of the job as it relates to the following areas: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, landscaping, or drainage. Responsibilities Assess and troubleshoot maintenance issues. Order all parts, supplies, and equipment as necessary. Use common hand and power tools, as well as precise measuring instruments and electrical testing devices. Collaborate with vendors, Property Managers, and others within the company.
