Position: Orthopedic / Bone Health Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Seattle Eastside Location: EvergreenHealth Medical Center, Kirkland, WA Position Overview This provider will systematically identify fragility fracture patients across Evergreen’s inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settings; initiate osteoporosis evaluation and treatment; coordinate multidisciplinary care; and ensure seamless handoff to primary care for long-term bone health management. Responsibilities Identify fragility fracture patients across inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settings. Initiate osteoporosis evaluation and treatment. Coordinate multidisciplinary care and facilitate seamless handoff to primary care. Serve as part of a highly trained orthopedic surgery team, providing community-based practice focused on hip, knee, shoulder, elbow, wrist, ankle, and sports medicine. Provide clinic, inpatient, and surgical assistance, including after‑hour coverage largely via phone. Compensation Leading Puget Sound area compensation and benefit package. Sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance available. Salary range: $148,050 - $187,947 per year.
