Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support their employees health, well-being, and financial security.What's in it for youCompetitive compensation; Pay range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hourDental, Health, Life and Vision insurance401(k) matchingVacation & Personal/Sick Paid Time OffThis is a full-time position, 8 or 10-hour shifts availableWhat you'll doWorks from drawings and written instructions to create parts.Measure, mark, and otherwise indicate the dimensions and reference points on the part or material to be used as guides for subsequent machiningSet up, operate, and troubleshoot computer-controlled machines to perform one or more machine functionsStart and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls or control media as requiredImplement changes to machine programs and enter new specifications, using computers separate from machinesRequires basic knowledge of various metal and of measurements used in machining processes to provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced machinist.Clean and lubricate machines, tools, and other work equipment to ensure efficient operation and prevent damageWhat You Need to KnowHigh School Diploma or GED3-5 years experience in the Machinist FieldUnderstanding of CNC machine logic, able to write basic programs, post-edit CNC programs to fine-tune processes for optimal performance and is able to read, find errors and troubleshoot programsAble to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and blueprintsAbility to write and/or complete routine reportsAbility to work under a minimum of supervisionAbout Innova HR SolutionsInnova HR Solutions is a search and recruitment expert based in Houston, TX.
