What You Will Be Doing:

As an RN or LPN, you will be assisting our residents in our Long Term Care unit. Duties include:

• monitoring assignments of non-licensed associates,
• overseeing activities of nursing services on assigned units,
• resident rounds,
• upkeeps all medical records,
• maintaining infectious control standards,
• monitoring nutritional status, and
• other duties as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:

• Ability to uphold our core values, and follow policies and procedures.
• Must be able to take initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff.
• Able to handle difficult or emotional situations shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences and adheres to the resident's bill of rights.
• Able to work assigned schedules, have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts.
• Most importantly have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times (even under a mask).
• Must be currently licensed as an RN.
• Current CPR & first aid certification is required.
• 2-3 years previous experience preferred.
