Billing Analyst

Job Description

Day to Day Responsibilities: • Compile flight activity and service documentation to determine invoice charges • Review contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy • Apply and approve invoice adjustments per revenue policy • Prepare and distribute invoices per billing cycles and contractual agreements • Communicate with Owners and internal teams regarding billing inquiries • Prepare customized reports and validate invoicing data • Maintain invoice archives and customer records Provide training and support to non-billing teams

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance (OR billing specific experience) • Great attention to detail • Understanding of invoicing practices and financial analysis • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Plusses: • Knowledge of airline charter contract language • Experience with dispute resolution and negotiation • Familiarity with NetJets programs and Owner preferences Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities
