GRAPHIC ARTIST - SLEEPWEAR - Remote

Sleepwear Graphic Artist Location: California - RemoteEmployment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a talented and highly creative Graphic Artist to join our sleepwear design team. This role will focus on developing engaging, commercial graphics and artwork for sleepwear across a variety of customer and product categories. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of apparel graphics, typography, color, and trends, with the ability to take a concept from initial idea through production‑ready artwork. Experience designing graphics specifically for sleepwear, pajamas, loungewear, or intimate apparel is highly preferred. Responsibilities Develop original graphics, prints, typography, patterns, and artwork for sleepwear collections Create artwork for men's, women's, kids', and/or licensed sleepwear programs Translate creative direction and trend information into commercially viable apparel graphics Develop seasonal concepts and graphic stories based on market and consumer trends Create production‑ready artwork and maintain organized design files Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, product development, and production teams Adapt artwork across different garment styles, colorways, sizes, and customer requirements Research current trends in graphics, color, typography, pop culture, and fashion Review samples and provide artwork updates and revisions as needed Ensure artwork meets technical and production requirements Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Artist, Graphic Designer, or Apparel Graphic Designer Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Apparel graphics experience required Sleepwear, loungewear, pajamas, or similar apparel experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and print techniques Ability to create both original artwork and commercially relevant graphics Strong attention to detail and ability to prepare production‑ready files Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team Strong organizational and time‑management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred but not required What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative, trend‑aware, commercially minded, and highly organized. The right person will be able to balance creativity with the realities of mass‑market apparel and understand what makes a graphic successful on a finished garment. A strong portfolio showcasing apparel graphics and/or sleepwear artwork is required.
