Key Responsibilities As our Office Assistant, you will touch many parts of the business. Daily and monthly tasks include Financial Support: Assist with accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and daily deposit preparation. Account Tracking: Help with monthly bank and account reconciliations to keep our books accurate. Marketing & Advertising: Support our promotional efforts and advertising campaigns as needed. General Operations: Help streamline daily office functions to keep the team moving smoothly. Qualifications Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (ability to navigate spreadsheets and format documents). Team Player: A proven track record of working well with others and contributing to a positive team culture. Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with an eye for accuracy, especially with numbers. Reliable Schedule: Ability to commit to a full-time schedule or a consistent part-time schedule of at least 30 hours per week.
