We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in designing, configuring, and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. This role will focus on developing scalable applications across IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) while driving workflow automation and process optimization across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have deep ServiceNow platform expertise, strong JavaScript development skills, and experience working in Agile environments to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in designing, configuring, and implementing enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and solutions.
- Develop solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and SPM modules.
- Build and enhance workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Script Includes, and integrations.
- Drive workflow automation and enterprise process transformation initiatives.
- Create reusable data models and scalable application architectures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow SDLC best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP web services and APIs.
- Utilize App Engine Studio and UI Builder to create modern ServiceNow applications.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and DevOps best practices using Git.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.
- Ensure development follows ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience.
- Strong experience developing solutions within the ServiceNow platform .
- Experience implementing and customizing one or more of the following modules:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
- Strong JavaScript programming skills.
- Experience with:

- Experience using:

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or SPM .
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or other advanced ServiceNow certifications.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions and integrations.
