The Role

This is a true sales role — not a receptionist position. You are the first impression of the studio, responsible for generating leads, booking appointments, delivering tours, and converting prospects into long-term members. You'll be measured on performance, coached to improve, and rewarded when you deliver.

What You'll Do

Execute the full sales cycle — lead follow-up, studio tour, close — using a conversation-first approach that feels natural, not pushy. Conduct discovery conversations that uncover what a prospect is actually looking for, then show them exactly how Club Pilates gets them there. Sell memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail products. Hit your monthly targets and track your own metrics — you'll always know where you stand. Get out in the community — we participate in local events, farmers markets, health fairs, business partnerships, and neighborhood activations. It's one of the best parts of the job: representing a brand you're proud of, meeting people where they are, and having fun doing it. What We're Looking For

Someone with strong communication and sales skills and a track record of hitting or exceeding targets. You're dependable — your team and your members count on you. Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation required.
