The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities: Install, inspect, service and/or repair commercial roofs Remove old or damaged material Install new materials, such as asphalt shingles, solar tiles, slate, or metal Cut and shape roofing materials to proper size Follow all OSHA regulations Follow local building codes related to pitch and other roof characteristics The ability to use hand and power tools Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met. Interact positively with customers and ensure property is well maintained. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicate project updates, and manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Additional duties as needed. Tools for the Job: Required: Experience in roofing, construction or related fields. Attention to detail to quality and safety with a goal of installing correctly and working safely, and a willingness to make improvements. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Willingness to work on various roofing sites under different conditions. Ability to climb ladders and maintain their balance while carrying heavy materials Preferred: A valid driver's license Proficient in the safe handling and utilization of ladders.
