We are seeking a Production Assistant Manager who is fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking required) to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced automotive production environment. This role serves as a key liaison between Korean-speaking leadership and plant operations while supporting production performance, safety, quality, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

· Support daily production operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets

· Assist Production Management with scheduling, reporting, and process coordination

· Translate and communicate instructions, reports, procedures, and policies between Korean- and English-speaking teams

· Monitor production metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives

· Assist with training, documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

· Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures

· Fluent in Korean and English (reading, writing, and speaking required)

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in automotive or manufacturing operations

· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively on the production floor in a manufacturing environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred

· Experience in automotive assembly, welding, or manufacturing environments

· Experience supporting Korean leadership or global manufacturing organizations

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
