Facility Maintenance Technician

Fitness Service TechnicianThe Fitness Service Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation of fitness equipment to ensure optimal performance and member safety across all gym locations. This hands-on role requires a combination of mechanical aptitude, customer service, and strong time management to minimize equipment downtime and support a high-quality member experience.Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on cardio, strength, and functional training equipment (e.g., treadmills, ellipticals, selectorized machines, racks).Respond to service requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions in a timely and professional manner.Accurately diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and equipment performance.Ensure all tools and replacement parts are organized and stocked for efficient use.Coordinate with facilities teams as needed.Assist with the delivery, installation, and calibration of new fitness equipment.Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in all maintenance areas.Collaborate with fitness staff to report recurring issues or identify high-use equipment needing additional support.Recommend equipment upgrades or replacement as parts as needed.Compensation: $50,000.00 per yearCrunch Fitness is looking for energetic, enthusiastic people that are passionate about health and fitness to join our team.
