Ascension - 151 West Main Street - Responsibilities: Manage the patient journey by greeting patients, taking vitals, collecting medical history, and proactively assisting providers during examinations and procedures; Provide clear, supportive follow-up by updating patients on test results and discussing health-related questions as directed by the provider; Maintain a safe and pristine environment by cleaning and preparing treatment rooms; Drive efficiency by managing critical administrative workflows, including charting, addressing patient questions, and processing referrals and prior authorizations
