$20,000 Commitment-Incentive Bonus Schedule: 3x12+ Days (7p-7a) rotating weekends/rotating holidays Job Location Type: In-person Registered Nurse (RN) Position in an ED About the Role Provide comprehensive nursing care in a busy 20‑bed ED and 6‑bed Crisis Stabilization Unit. Support patients and community members in quality and scalable emergency care. Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs. Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions. Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient. Perform timely and appropriate documentation regarding medical necessity in the medical record. Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Perform timely and accurate quality‑improvement assessments. Qualifications Current state RN license. Degree from an accredited nursing school. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire. TNCC, NRP, ENPC, CEN preferred. One year of experience preferred.
