Job Skills / Requirements The Design Coordinator is responsible for assisting the engineering team in organizing and managing the administrative aspects of a project, including scheduling tasks, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, facilitating communication between team members, and ensuring projects stay on budget and within timelines. Maintain accurate project documentation including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports. Responsible for e-filing of all project submittal data and drawings. Assist and support Midwest Alarm technicians in the field with project information. Obtain and submit files between architects, engineers or electrical contractors. What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED High organizational and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem solving skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
