Physician Recruiter

IDR is seeking a Physician Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood. This role involves leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for physician and provider roles within a healthcare organization. The position is both strategic and operational, focusing on delivering a high-touch candidate experience and partnering closely with internal leadership to meet staffing needs. Position Overview for the Physician Recruiter: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from intake to close, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support. Act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders by providing market insights, advising on team structure, and ensuring alignment on role requirements. Deliver an exceptional candidate journey through clear communication, consistent touchpoints, and professional representation. Source talent proactively through networking, outreach, and referrals to ensure quality candidate pipelines. Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders to facilitate efficient and effective hiring processes. Requirements for the Physician Recruiter: 3-5 years of experience in physician/provider recruiting with demonstrated full-cycle recruitment capabilities. Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort partnering with senior leaders. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through abilities. Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution, including administrative tasks. Experience sourcing and screening high-caliber physician/provider talent. What's in it for you?
