Neonatal ICU Nurse Manager - Houston, TX

Shifts:

Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Summary

The Nurse Manager will assist the Director in overseeing all department operations to ensure alignment with the facility's mission, vision, and long-range goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with department leadership and daily operations
• Supporting Performance Improvement initiatives and continuous quality improvement
• Ensuring nursing care follows the nursing process and evaluating outcomes
• Providing clinical support and guidance to nursing staff Assisting with planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in Women's Services Units
• Overseeing staffing and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years NICU experience
• Recent (within the past year) acute care NICU leadership experience required (Level III or IV required)
• Minimum 2+ years of management or Charge Nurse experience
• BSN required
• Current Texas RN License or Multi-State Compact License
• Compact RNs must obtain Texas RN license within 60 days of hire
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification **Relocation Assistant Case by Case**
