Sales Account Coordinator

Location: Ontario, CA (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $26.00–$28.00 per hour + Performance Bonus
Travel: Approximately 15% domestic and international travel

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Support and maintain wholesale, retail, and direct-import customer accounts.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
- Support customer meetings and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with account growth and retention strategies.
Order & Account Coordination
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounting, and overseas teams.
- Monitor order status and customer requirements.
- Proactively resolve service, shipping, and inventory-related issues.
- Maintain customer records and account documentation.
Product Launch & Trade Show Support
- Assist with product launches and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Create customer presentations and sales support materials.
- Support trade show planning and execution.
- Attend domestic and international trade shows as needed.
Reporting & Business Development
- Prepare sales reports and performance analyses.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Support business development initiatives and strategic projects.

- Help improve account growth and retention
- Successfully support product launches and customer programs
- Become a trusted resource for customers and internal teams
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination, inside sales, or related roles
- Fluent in English and Mandarin or English and Spanish, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 15%
Preferred
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or related business systems
- Experience supporting sales teams or customer accounts
- Experience with retail, consumer products or wholesale distribution
- Experience utilizing AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or Claude
- Experience or knowledge of pet products, pet supplies, pet retail, or the pet industry is a plus
- Passion for pets and an understanding of the needs of pet owners is highly valued
