As a Project Executive, you'll work at the intersection of project delivery and strategic leadership—guiding teams, managing budgets, and ensuring client satisfaction. You'll also play a key role in business development, talent management, and maintaining Dome's reputation for excellence.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary client representative, building trust and ensuring project success.
• Oversee project teams, providing mentorship, training, and resource allocation.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead client feedback initiatives and implement continuous improvement measures.
• Drive business development efforts, industry networking, and proposal strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of construction management experience, with proven leadership in complex projects.
• 6+ years of direct client engagement for business development and preconstruction services.
• Strong knowledge of local construction industry professionals and market trends.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

San Francisco Bay Area Pay Range

$260,000 - $280,000 USD
