Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Napa, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative dental environment and takes pride in delivering excellent patient care while supporting efficient clinical operations. You will play an essential role in ensuring patients have a positive experience while assisting the dental team with high-quality clinical care. Key Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and treatment procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment Take and process dental radiographs as permitted by licensure Prepare patients for procedures and ensure their comfort throughout treatment Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Assist with inventory management and maintaining organized clinical areas Support smooth day-to-day office and patient flow operations Qualifications Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required Strong knowledge of dental procedures, infection control, and chairside assisting Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional patient care Previous dental assisting experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $30–$34 per hour based on experience Paid vacation Paid sick time for full-time employees Competitive compensation package Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity for career growth and development Why Join Our Dental Office?
