Project Manager needs 5 - 7 years experience in a project management role with demonstrated skills in relationship building, negotiation, conflict resolution, and project management of projects with medium to high degree of complexity required. COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Holds a certification in project management (PMP, PMBOK, etc.) or will obtain certification within 2 years in this position.
Project Manager duties:
- Coordinates, manages and facilitates the staffing of resources for the project including contracted resources.
- Tracks, reports and resolves issues, proactively evaluates project activities, builds contingency plans, executes corrective actions when necessary and implements risk response plans to manage risk.
- Work with assigned program or project manager as needed to complete project deliverables.
- Supervise, motivate and mentor assistant project managers, and/or project coordinators as assigned.
- Performs project management duties at the program level coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs.
