Clinical Director- Quality Management
Full-Time
The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, located in New Hyde Park, NY, seeks a full time Director for Quality Management . This individual will support the skilled nursing facility.
This position will lead all aspects of quality (performance) improvement activities for the organization, overseeing/coordinating all activities of the organization relating to regulatory and external compliance requirements. Acts as a resource for regulatory standards interpretation/application, including internal audits for regulatory compliance.

The Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation, conveniently located on the Queens-Nassau County border in New Hyde Park, New York, is a non-profit health care facility that offers inpatient programs such as sub-acute/short term rehabilitation and long-term care, as well as community health services, encompassing certified home health care and a comprehensive community hospice program, that serves terminally ill patients in their own homes or in nursing facilities.

Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree (preferred) in relevant health field.
CPHQ certification a plus.
At least five years' clinical nursing experience and quality assurance or quality management experience.
Must have thorough knowledge of and understanding of QAPI and QM principles and practices.
Must be familiar with State DOH, and all applicable codes and regulations.
Must have excellent verbal and communication skills.
