About the Role
As a Fan Relations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in delivering legendary service to every guest who walks through our doors. This is more than just a cashier or front counter job it's a customer engagement position designed to build fan loyalty and enhance the overall experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with warmth and energy create a "Wow!" experience.
- Assist guests with orders and ensure 100% accuracy every time.
- Resolve concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain clean and welcoming guest areas, including dining room and restrooms.
- Promote surveys and encourage feedback to help us grow.
- Identify regular guests and personalize their experience.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- Customer-first mindset you genuinely care about people.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fast food or full-service dining.
- Strong communication skills friendly, clear, and professional.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and team spirit we work hard and have fun doing it!
- Comfortable using a POS system and learning simple digital tools (e.g., surveys, scheduling apps).
