Timely and professional handling of all requests is essential./ph3Customer Service:/h3ulliDeliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with visitors, prospects, residents, neighbors, community members, schools, and city departments./liliMaintain professionalism in workmanship, communication, personal appearance, organization, and reporting./liliParticipate in company training and keep all insurances and licenses current./li/ulh3Grounds Property Maintenance:/h3ulliConduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure all areas are functional, safe, and well-maintained, supporting maximum curb appeal./liliMaintain cleanliness and safety across offices, common areas, stairwells, exteriors, basements, grounds, and models./liliIdentify and address potential liability issues related to property maintenance./li/ulh3Administrative Duties:/h3ulliComplete work orders promptly, professionally, and courteously, ensuring thorough cleanup after each task./liliDocument and bill residents for any damages caused by neglect or misuse, including collecting photos and proof as needed./liliCollaborate with leasing office to coordinate service requests and optimize resident satisfaction./liliMaintain an organized and safe maintenance shop and storage areas./liliComply with all codes, legal, OSHA, and safety regulations./li/ulpThe activities listed above may not be all inclusive./ph2Qualifications/h2h3Qualifications/h3ulliProficient working knowledge of basic building HVAC systems/liliProficient working knowledge of basic building electrical systems/liliProficient working knowledge of basic plumbing systems/liliExperience with make-ready unit preparation/liliConstruction skills including sheetrock patching, texture, painting, flooring, and carpentry/liliExperience with groundskeeping and irrigation systems/li/ulpWere looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and who sees every challenge as an opportunity to improve the resident experience.
