Make it Safe, Make it Personal, Make it Home. Responsibilities: As a Field Supervisor, you will support Comcast maintenance technician work, node splits, Comcast Genesis, and Comcast system upgrades. In addition, you will: Give direction to multiple crews and their job-site activities Develop your team's skill set and knowledge of telecom Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects Qualifications: About You: Must be familiar with Comcast Genesis, node splits, and Comcast maintenance technician work You have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a DOT Med card for driving purposes (Applicants are subject to an MVR review and must meet company standards for a safe driving record) Hard work pays off.
