Job Description The Seasonal Sales Coordinator is responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, account management, and execution of strategic sales initiatives for assigned properties. This role owns the sales cycle for tailgates at Kansas State University while ensuring a premium guest experience on football game days. This is a seasonal role during football season and will end December 1, 2026. Duties And Responsibilities Lead revenue‑related activities for K‑State tailgates and event rentals Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and growth opportunities in and around the Manhattan, KS area. Execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling (LinkedIn). Develop and implement lead generation campaigns (content, events, networking). Forecast sales and track key performance metrics. Ensure guest satisfaction before, during, and after events. Resolve client issues professionally and efficiently. Promote a culture of accountability and hospitality excellence. Collaborate with Kansas City team to ensure seamless execution. Represent REVELXP at community and partner events. Strengthen brand presence and relationships.
