Join A Dynamic OrganizationWant to join a dynamic organization where you'll play a key role in shaping strategy and driving growth?We're seeking a strategic, hands-on CFO to lead financial operations for a multi-entity transportation and logistics organization across the U.S. Reporting to the President/CEO and serving on the executive team, this role drives financial performance, supports growth, and ensures strong fiscal management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecastingOversee accounting, treasury, reporting, and complianceManage asset and capital strategy, including cost optimizationDeliver financial insights to executive leadership and BoardOversee financial systems, data integrity, and process automationBuild and lead high-performing teams (5-7 direct reports)Qualifications10+ years of progressive financial leadership experienceStrong expertise in P&L management, cost control, and cash flow analysisExperience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skillsBachelor's in Accounting/Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferredTransportation/logistics industry experience strongly preferredCompensation: 250-300 base, plus bonus/incentivesAdams Dearborn is a Chicago based professional staffing and executive search firm.
