Respiratory Care Technician

Must-Have: Experienced RT, no new grads
Description: This position may involve assignment to an "Emergency Team." There will be an expectation to stay at the facility during emergency events. Specific details regarding compensation for emergency events will be communicated accordingly. By accepting this contract, you agree to report as assigned by your immediate manager in the event of an emergency. Candidates must be comfortable with the expectations outlined. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred. This unit will accept first-time travelers. References from two managers or supervisors are required for clearance to start. A valid license must be submitted upon application. Candidates booked with a pending license must apply for licensure within 72 hours of signing. NURSYS reports for RNs must be submitted and up to date within four weeks of the submission date. The facility has specific requirements regarding travel compliance. Candidates must be over 65 miles from the facility to qualify.
