Dental Patient Coordinator – Pediatric Dental Practice
Hacienda Heights, CA | Full-Time | $24–$28/hour + Benefits
Our private, boutique pediatric dental practice in Hacienda Heights, CA (91745) is seeking a friendly, organized, and caring Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team!

Position Details
- Full-Time: 30–36 hours per week
- Compensation: $24–$28 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule – 30-36 hours/week
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Collect and process payments
- Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility
- Respond to emails and text messages promptly
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Help ensure a smooth and positive patient experience in a busy pediatric practice
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office experience required
- Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Comfortable interacting with children and parents in a pediatric setting
