1st 6:45am-3:15pm 2nd 4:15pm-12:45am 3rd 10:00pm-6:30am

Job Summary:

Repair Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing electronic equipment and components to ensure products meet quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electronic equipment, components, and assemblies according to company standards.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues using technical documentation, schematics, and testing equipment.
• Perform component replacements, repairs, and adjustments as needed.
• Conduct functional testing to verify repairs are completed correctly.
• Identify defects and determine the appropriate repair solutions.
• Follow established repair procedures, quality guidelines, and safety requirements.
• Document repair activities, test results, and issues accurately.
• Use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and computer systems to complete repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electronics repair, troubleshooting, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with soldering, circuit boards, wiring, or electronic components is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand technical instructions, diagrams, and work orders.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter repair data.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Must be willing to work required shifts, including 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
