Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $19.92 to $20.17 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Responsibilities The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to company policies and procedures. Requirements This position will work up to 38 hours per week. The minimum age requirement is 18. Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day. Prior retail and or management experience is required.
