Become a valued member of our team working a part-time schedule consisting of three (3) 8-hour days weekly from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This on-site, hourly position entails close collaboration with our treatment teams as well as medical and prescribing personnel to provide unparalleled support and treatment to our clients on an outpatient basis. Provide a minimum of 748 patient service hours annually (62.50/month).

Key Responsibilities :  

• Counsel patients within Franklin County, Ohio who are managing mental health challenges or addiction.
• Assess treatment histories to create psycho-social evaluations.
• Provide counseling services, including routine re-assessments.
• Conduct periodic reviews of Individual Service Plans (ISPs), making updates when necessary.
• Maintain outpatient appointment schedules efficiently.

Qualifications :  

• Bachelor's degree required, at minimum;
• Licensed in the State of Ohio as an LSW, MFT or LPC;
• Prior experience working with serious mental illness or substance use disorders;
• Proven track record of performing clinical evaluations;
• Provide a minimum of 748 patient service hours annually (62.50/month);
• Fulfillment of company credentialing requirements; 
• Valid Ohio driver's license, automobile and excellent driving record are required; and
• Pre-employment criminal background check and drug testing are mandatory
