The acquisition brings a truckload brokerage and expanded transportation management solutions to Roadtex's customers while providing Echo with our national warehouse footprint and advanced temperature-controlled transportation solutions.**Position Overview**:The office supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office staff.**Job Duties & Responsibilities:*** Supervising administrative staff, including office clerks* Supervising paperwork filing and imaging.* Supervising of office employees hours and time cards* intervening with and resolving personnel issues.* Insuring proper communication between a terminal and the CSR team**Required Skills:*** Microsoft 365* Strong communication and leadership skills* Ability to multitask and prioritize* Customer service-oriented approach to their work**Work environment/physical demands summary:**This job operates in an office environment or remote and uses a computer, telephone and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
