Lead Pastor Role

The lead pastor role at St. Matthew Christian Church includes leading worship services every Sunday morning, providing pastoral care to the congregation and community, and attending and co facilitating administrative meetings. The applicant should be excited about spending time and praying for our children's ministry, volunteers, Bible study leaders, Sunday school teachers, and our senior citizens group. Most importantly, our pastor will be expected to shepard our flock as we strive to create and build relationships with Jesus Christ and others.
