The Role:

As a Spray Foam Installer, you are the face of our quality on the job site. You will be responsible for the precise application of open and closed-cell spray foam in residential and commercial settings, ensuring every gap is sealed and every project meets our rigorous "FoamTech" standard.

• Key Focus: Precision application, job site protection, and clean-up.

• Specialty: Attic retrofits, crawl spaces, rim joists, and new construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Precision Application: Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam to walls, attics, and crawl spaces according to manufacturer specs and building codes.

• Job Site Preparation: Mask and protect windows, doors, and finished surfaces to prevent overspray.

• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain spray foam rigs, proportioners (e.g., Graco), spray guns, and compressors.

• Site Evaluation: Monitor temperature and humidity levels to ensure optimal chemical reaction and adhesion.

• Finishing: Trim excess foam to allow for drywall installation and ensure the attic or work area is left in "show-room" condition.

• Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with homeowners and builders to explain the process and ensure satisfaction.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Technical Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of spray foam application experience (Experience with blown-in or fiberglass insulation is a plus).

• Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on pumps, hoses, and spray guns.

• Physical Stamina: Must be comfortable working in tight spaces (attics/crawl spaces), climbing ladders, and wearing a respirator for extended periods.

• Attention to Detail: A commitment to leaving every job site cleaner than you found it.

• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is required to operate our service rigs.
