The Role and What You'll Do: This position is responsible for key administration tasks related to the creation, development and execution of digital and social assets for UFC on a global level. The Digital Coordinator will liaise with different departments and help implement customized sponsorship objectives and help the team with admin tasks.

• Inventory management and assistance in building media plans and proposals
• Digital and social account management tasks including specs, digital reporting, screenshots and live links for social posts
• Working internally and with partners to deliver contracted assets including the advertising operations team
• Managing and tracking online deliverables for digital media, social, content
• Digital media and social media analytics including pulling metrics, formulating and updating benchmarks and making recommendations based of metrics

You Have These:

• Bachelor's degree, with concentration in digital media, marketing or sports management preferred or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1-3 years of agency, team or client-based partnership servicing experience, experience in digital and social media preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in fast-paced, client-service focused environment
• Must be a team player and able to foster excellent internal and external working relationships
• Self-starter, resourceful and able to develop solutions in a high-stress environment
• Strong sense of tact
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the ability to learn other computer programs
• Can-do positive attitude and demeanor, ability to be flexible with work hours and range of responsibilities in a multifaceted, fast-paced, heavy work-load environment
• Responsible, reliable, transparent and diligent
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively using good business judgment and common sense
