Program and Operations support staff ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. These roles often encompass multiple areas including data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement. The scope ranges from supporting individual programs, projects, or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions or the company at higher levels. Responsibilities Manage program data and conduct analysis. Report on program scope and set goals, coordinate with clients and account management. Lead a team: train staff, review work quality, oversee timelines, address system functionality and drive process improvements. Produce regular reports while ensuring compliance with contract terms, relevance of content, and professional presentation. Qualifications 3–6 years of relative industry experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. DOT qualification requirements must be met if applicable and comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Authorized to work in the country without employer sponsorship. Compensation Compensation Range: $48,800.00 – $66,300.00 USD. Salary determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant skills, and prior experience.
