About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our dental team on a part-time basis and provide coverage at our offices in Seagoville and Arlington, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking for a flexible part-time schedule, a supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive dental care to an established patient population.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically confident, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care while building strong relationships with patients and the dental team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to patients of all appropriate age groups.
• Diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans based on each patient's individual needs.
• Perform restorative, preventive, and diagnostic procedures.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
• Communicate effectively with dental assistants, hygienists, front-office staff, and other members of the dental team.
• Maintain a high standard of clinical care, patient safety, and professionalism.
• Follow all applicable dental practice, OSHA, infection-control, and regulatory requirements.
• Help create a positive, comfortable, and welcoming patient experience.

What We Are Looking For

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current malpractice coverage or eligibility for coverage.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of the dental team.
• Willingness to provide coverage at both the Seagoville and Arlington locations.
